You can initiate a return up to 7 days after delivery if:

means of evidence.
STEP 2: Return after Authorization
Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most
suitable means of getting the item from you.
STEP 3: Get Resolution
Once the item has been received, we will ensure you get a replacement or
exchange depending on what you choose.
